To prevent damage caused by the up and down movement of the float during long-distance transportation or moving, a calibration magnetic steel provided by the liquid level gauge factory is used to hold the magnetic float on the outside of the main tube (with colored markings). So after receiving the product or installation, please remove the calibration magnet so that the float can move up and down with the liquid level. If the color of the magnetic flip column is inconsistent before use, the calibration magnet can be used to smooth it out and the instrument can work normally.
After the installation of the liquid level gauge, it is necessary to calibrate it with magnetic steel and guide the magnetic flip column once, so that the display below the zero position is red and the display above the zero position is white.
When the liquid level gauge is put into operation, the valve of the upper liquid inlet pipe should be opened first, and then the valve of the lower liquid inlet pipe should be slowly opened to allow the liquid medium to smoothly enter the main pipe, avoiding the rapid rise of the liquid medium with the float, which may cause the magnetic flip column to malfunction or flip randomly (if this phenomenon occurs, magnetic steel can be used to recalibrate).

1. There should be no solid impurities or magnetic impurities entering the cylinder of the liquid level gauge to avoid jamming the float and reducing buoyancy.
2. According to the condition of the medium, the main tube can be cleaned regularly to remove any impurities that may have accumulated inside the tube.
When cleaning or replacing the float with liquid, open the drain flange. When installing the magnetic float, pay attention to the heavy end with the magnetic end facing upwards and not inverted!

The liquid level gauge consists of three parts: a basic on-site indicator, a liquid level alarm, and a liquid level remote transmission device.
The basic type is developed based on the principle that magnetic floats in liquids are subject to the upward buoyancy effect of Archimedes' law and the repulsion of magnetic steel with the same polarity, and the attraction of magnetic steel with the opposite polarity. According to the above principle, the linear change in liquid level is transmitted to the on-site indicator through magnetic force, with the liquid level being red and the gas phase being white.
The liquid level alarm is made of magnetic float material, which is converted into relay contact output through a contactless alarm switch, and operates according to the given value of the liquid level, thus achieving the purpose of liquid level control. The alarm switch is installed at the required control position of the liquid level, and the converter is installed in the control room.
The liquid level remote transmission device uses magnetic materials to linearly convert changes in liquid level into 4-20mA current signals, which are transmitted to secondary instruments for remote transmission, measurement, control, and recording of liquid level.
